Top location for dinner and breakfast in Lark Lane. This house is just lovely. Calm, tasteful, good beds/pillows/towels.
This sounds picky but I really dislike scented loo paper.I don't suppose anyone else cares its my pet hate.

Lovely house with real plants near to Lark lane and Sefton park. Lovely garden and kitchen area with washer dryer fridge freezer separate one for drinks .TV in both bedrooms.Clean house great shower.Used Ubers to get around but buses available.
Toilet downstairs quite small but handy to have one.Nothing negative to say.

This was our second stay at the Coco House - it’s perfect for a family get together. It is clean, cosy, comfortable and well-equipped. Lark Lane is a short walk away and there are plenty of shops and cafes in the area for essentials.
The street parkjng can be tricky when the shops are open but it’s not a major thing. The single bed mattress could do with an upgrade - the double beds are so comfy but the single not so much.
