Ok place near sefton park
Good location. Plenty of space. Large TV. Parking at front. Nice quiet street. Staff responsive
It's a bit tired. Needs a refurbish, especially bathroom. Shared areas feel a bit studenty. Double beds are very small. It wasn't super clean on arrival. Hard to find the lockbox for flat 4 on arrival (it's hidden to the right of mailboxes).

Comfortable and great location.
Property was comfortable and in a great location. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than 15 mins away!
Balcony was more of a window , couldn’t get it to open fully as there was locks in place.

perfect weekend with friends
The flat was the perfect size and just outside of the main city centre. We could access easily areas you might miss if you stay in town like Lark Lane and Sefton Park

Flat was perfect for 2 couples located just a short walk from Sefton Park and Lark Lane. Taxis into Liverpool varied between £8 and £12. The flat is well equipped and communication with the host was excellent with super quick responses to any queries. Would recommend.
