Két fürdőszoba a két szobához. Jó elhelyezkedés. Kis erkély. Egy térre néz a nappali és a nagyobbik hálószoba. Jó nyomással jön a víz a zuhanyzókban. Korrekt a lakás alatti kávézó is, finom sütiket reggeliztünk. A bőröndtároló is nagyon jó megoldás, nem kellett így magunkkal cipelni egész nap a poggyászunkat.
A kisebbik szoba egy belső udvarra néz, ahol munkanapokon reggel egy kompresszor elkezd zúgni nagyon hangosan. A parkolás sajnos így sem könnyű, annak ellenére, hogy a lakás előtti téren végig parkoló van.
