Przepiękny, czysty, apartament. Widać, że świeżo po remoncie. Dużo przestrzeni, mimo braku okien bardzo jasne przestrzenie. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia jak i całe mieszkanek: koce, dużo ręczników. Na górze wygodne, duże łóżko, wanna obok daje niesamowity klimat. W mieszkaniu było ciągle zimno, ale duży plus za suszarkę, mogliśmy wysuszyć ręczniki. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, szybka odpowiedź. Jeśli kiedykolwiek będziemy w Katanii, wrócimy.
Jedyne co nam przeszkadzałaś to brak ogrzewania. Klimatyzacja musiała być uruchomiona dwa dni, żeby mieszkanie się nagrzało. Ręczniki były troszkę brudne.

Purtroppo non è colpa di nessuno....ma essendo situata la struttura al centro di Catania è stato veramente stressante trovare posto per parcheggiare l'auto al rientro.....unica nota dolente....per il resto nulla da dire...anzi....la signora Agata gentile e disponibile sin dal primo giorno...

Through the incredible Caffè Arancini to Via Umberto, you will find Vio Etnea on the main street, near Bellini Park. The apartment is new, clean, and has everything you need. Although it does not have windows, it is very bright, with high ceilings, stylish, and comfortable—so you won’t even miss them.
Do not go to the marketplace—it is loud, dirty, and has unpleasant smells. You must recycle in the apartment, which can be tricky because the garbage collection does not always happen on schedule. This is not a problem with the apartment; it is an issue with the city of Catania.

The property was big and open. It’s good to sit in if it’s raining outside, and has a great location.
We had to pay €25 extra in cash at our check out for tourist tax. It would make it easier if we were informed before, or if the property included this in the total stay.
We also had to pay €20 extra (the property asked for €30 extra) to check in at 13:00 instead of 10:00.
So it was quite a hassle to get all of the money from the cash machine at the end after finding these out. The water tap in the bathroom also barely works and falls offs, plus hot water tap starts sending in cold water fast
