Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, mit frischer Bettwäsche und Blick auf die Stadt und den Ätna. Supermärkte, das Stadtzentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Der Aufzug hat eine maximale Tragfähigkeit von nur 150 kg, deshalb sind wir lieber zu Fuß in den vierten Stock gegangen. Besondere Vorsicht ist im Umgang mit den Wasserleitungen geboten. Insgesamt ist es aber machbar.

Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Sehr gut gelegen.
Leider hat Fahrstuhl nicht funktioniert, es war daher etwas schwierig mit den Koffern auf zu 4. Stock zu klettern.

Perfect apartment in Catania
We had a wonderful stay at Giuseppe’s apartment. It is very spacious and comfortable, with two sleeping options: a proper double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room that easily converts into a bed, which is very convenient.
Everything was very clean, recently renovated, and thoughtfully arranged. The apartment feels modern and very cozy, and it was also warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The balcony view over the rooftops of Catania is especially beautiful.
The location is great as well, about a 15-minute walk to the city center, which we enjoyed every day.
Highly recommend this place and many thanks to Giuseppe for a lovely stay.

The apartment was scrupulously clean. Good shower.
Three keys, a lift, stairs and a coded entry. Too much for this traveler!
A total re- roofing was taking place directly across from the building. Why can’t we be honestly told ahead of booking?
