Bright and Cozy Apartment with Pool and Jacuzzi and near beach

After a lot of research last year, we booked this privately owned apartment, within the Mediterrano Real complex, for a 6 week stay from the beginning of January. We glad we did! The complex is in an ideal location in Los Boliches. A 5 minute walk from the train station and just 2/3 minutes off the motorway if arriving by car. There are 2 major supermarkets within easy walking distance. The town of Los Boliches is a 5 minute walk and the beach another 2/3 minutes away. Perfect. The apartment is on the 4th floor and accessible by 2 sets of lifts. 6 lifts in total. It is furnished as shown and described on the property details. The kitchen is well equipped. It does lack a full oven although a small combi oven was provided.The fridge/freezer was particularly excellent. The living area was comfortable and led out onto the small balcony. This had a small table and 2 chairs overlooking the pool. The bedroom had plenty of storage and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was fine with plenty of hot water and the shower, though on the small side, had plenty of water pressure to give a good shower! In between the bedroom and bathroom was a cupboard with storage and the washer/drier, which was excellent. There is a swimming pool with loungers on site but we didn’t use these facilities. There is also a cafeteria but it wasn’t open during our stay. Reception is available 24/7 and we found Joanna particularly friendly and helpful. The apartment was exactly as described on Booking.com and we hope to book again for next year, once prices are known. It’s west facing so benefits from getting plenty of sun when it’s shining! It is managed by a company on behalf of the actual owners, and communication with them was fine. It’s well recommended.

There were no written instructions for the appliances so time was spent on the internet looking them up. The internet connection was sometimes patchy which necessitated us sometimes switching to the complex’s service.

Great location, excellent facilities. Great space, brilliant pool with everything within walking distance. Train station, supermarket, beach and great restaurants all within a 10 minute walk.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the apartment itself but some information about how to use the appliances e.g washing machine, coffee machine etc would be helpful. Information also regarding recycling our waste for example which items goes in which bin and where the nearest bins were located.
