Do nhóm chỉ có 6 người lớn nên rộng rãi. Quản gia nhiệt tình. Nhà mới sửa lại nên rất sạch sẽ. Địa điểm gần bãi tắm nên rất thuận tiện cho việc tắm biển. Nhà bếp đủ tiện nghi. Không gian mát mẻ, tự do. Giá rẻ.
Phòng khách buổi tối hơi thiếu sáng. Trong mỗi phòng ngủ nên có tủ đầu giường và 1 bộ bàn ghế nhỏ sẽ tốt hơn cho khách nghỉ đêm.

Không có điều gì không thích. Hơi đáng tiếc vì nội thất đã cũ và có chút xuống cấp. Vòi hoa sen ở phòng tôi ở có 1 chút hư hại nhẹ, vẫn sử dụng bình thường nhưng trải nghiệm chưa được hoàn hảo. Nên trang bị thêm quạt ở chỗ sofa và bàn bida vì điều hòa ban ngày sẽ khó làm mát đc ra tận đó
