Sảnh chung của tòa nhà và thang máy thật sự quá dơ và có mùi hôi. Căn nhà có phòng khách và 1 phòng ngủ phía ngoài có tầm nhìn và cửa thoáng. Còn 2 phòng ngủ còn lại quá bí, không có cửa sổ và rất tối, lúc nào cũng phải mở đèn. Nhà vệ sinh cũng bẩn, không được lau dọn sạch sẽ. thật sự không thấy thoải mái, giống ở phòng trọ.
