MashaAllah, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the prayer room was very nice. The reception staff, especially the Egyptian gentleman, was very friendly and helpful.
The parking area is conveniently located near the elevator, which made everything easier. Whenever I requested something, the service was excellent. I asked for towels and they were delivered to my room almost immediately.
Overall, everything was very good. However, I would like to mention two issues for improvement:
1. The parking area needs better cleaning. There were many coffee cup stains on the floor, possibly left by previous guests. Kindly clean this area as it may affect the reputation of this otherwise excellent hotel.
2. Room 224 has a problem with the shower. When the shower is turned on, the shower head moves upward and water sprays around the entire bathroom, causing water to spread across the toilet area.
