Die Ferienwohnung war in jeder Hinsicht exzellent. Ich kann sie absolut empfehlen. Die Wohnung liegt nicht im Zentrum, sondern etwa 1,8 km entfernt auf einer Anhöhe. Für ältere Menschen ist der Weg dorthin zu Fuß vielleicht etwas beschwerlich, aber ein Bus hält direkt vor der Tür.
Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Große helle Stadtwohnung, verkehrsgünstig gelegen, Bushaltestellen und Supermarkt um die Ecke, Lift im Haus, Schallschutzfenster
Parken in Monaten, in denen der Privatparkplatz nicht zur Verfügung steht, extrem schwierig, auch am nahe gelegenen Uniparkplatz alles voll

Stan je iskreno jako dobar, ima sve sto treba, jako udobni kreveti, kafa u app, poseduje lift (malo staromodan ali nije strasno), cistoca je jako dobra osim na nekim mestima gde stoji prasina od davnina kao sto su gornja spoljna polica plakara ali posto su oni nizi sve se vidi.
Nije mi se dopalo to sto je stan bio dosta hladan. Ja jesam iz Srbije i mozda sam navikao na toplotu u stanu ali ovde je bas bilo hladno. Mi smo bili u sredinom januara 2026 i radijatori radi od 6-9 ujutru i od 18 - 22 uvece. Daljinski za klimu nije bio jer naravno nedaj boze da se koristi klima za grejanje. Razumem i da u Italiji pojedini stanovnici tako zive i da je njima to normalno ali mi nismo bili stanovnici i na to nismo navikli. Samo zato je ovako losa ocena inace sve ostalo taman.
