Magnifique appartement, spacieux et décoré avec goût, pimpant neuf ! Entrée autonome, ce qui est pratique. Situé au calme, mais également à 2 minutes à pied d'un supermarché et des bus situés Via Giulia (qui permettent notamment de se diriger vers le château Miramare). Excellents croissants au Pane Quotidiano (via Giulia). Le centre-ville est accessible à pied et il suffit de marcher moins de 5 minutes sur la Viale Venti Settembre pour atteindre de nombreux restaurants et bars.
Ce n'est pas lié au logement, qui était parfait, mais il faut savoir que les places de parking gratuites sont très rares ! Nous avons cependant pu en trouver une juste devant l'appartement après quelques heures de patience (il y a à 750m un parking gratuit de l'université sur les hauteurs).
