Bathroom broken toilet seat, handbasin not secured and pop up plug broken and why had someone left a shower door wheel set in the shower cubicle? Kitchen big disappointment as cooker filthy as shelves and grill tray covered in grease. We bought foil trays but the top oven was so disgusting - acrid blue smoke on turning on so we couldn't use it. Microwave was smelly and we didn't use it either. No detergent for washing machine which is old and very rusty. We made our complaint Holiday Homes sent back photis to tell me that the place was clean! Well either they take heed of what i stated or they are in denial. I have asked fir £40 refund on their cleaning charge..
