This property is very well maintained. Check-in process was really smooth and all in-house facilities were made available since day 1 (milk, coffee, detergent etc.). The washroom was always kept clean and bedsheets were changed whenever requested. WiFi was also working smoothly throughout my stay. The property location is very convenient with restaurants, bus stops, cafes and supermarkets available at walking distance. The property owner / manager is an extremely friendly person and always available. In fact he even provided me a complementary drop-off to my next stay :) Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a spot in Shabiya

The accommodation was nice and clean. And was accessible with a bus from Abu Dhabi airport. The owner was very helpful to our need to help to provide electricity plug we needed for charging phones. Thank you very much. We liked our stay there.

The room owner was friendly. The room was perfect for a one-night stay (e.g., before a flight).
No parking. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. There's nowhere to park in the entire area. Miraculously, I managed to find a parking space after driving around for an hour.
