The accommodation is managed by an out of sense lady. Undisciplined, no customer care, shouting on top of her all the night, knocking on my door for no reason, knocking on the washroom immediately one enters. Ooh dear! Worst experience i have ever witnessed. The proprietor of this business should examine his employees before deployment ( just my advice)

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent booking I made through your platform for an apartment. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal with others to prevent them from going through a similar ordeal.
Upon arrival at the apartment, my group and I were shocked to discover that we had booked three rooms, but only two were available. This was a blatant breach of our booking agreement and left us in a difficult situation, as we had no choice but to accommodate ourselves.
The issues did not end there. We had specifically booked the rooms for two adults with two beds each, only to find that there was just one bed available in each room. This oversight is inexcusable and demonstrated a complete lack of attention to detail and professionalism on the part of the property management. The room's actual size was far smaller than what we expected. The photos and descriptions provided were misleading and failed to accurately represent the cramped and uncomfortable space we were expected to stay in.
Perhaps the most egregious issue was the rate discrepancy. The rate displayed during the booking process did not match the actual cost we were charged. This deceptive pricing not only caught us off guard but also left us feeling scammed and taken advantage of. Due to these multiple and significant issues, we found it impossible to stay in the apartment. We were left with no choice but to seek alternative accommodation, effectively rendering our booking a complete waste of time and money.
I implore your platform to take these concerns seriously and conduct a thorough review of the property in question. False advertising and a lack of adherence to booking agreements are unacceptable practices that tarnish your platform's reputation and betray the trust of your customers.

Bathroom is very clean...
They splitted one AC to 3 different rooms through a pipe like cannal.. one room will reach the maximum and other room depends upon the first room AC control..
And I experienced 1/5 rating for cooling.. it's very hot in day time..
On room No.1 opp to Main door.
And I found tiny cockroach in the Cupboard.
And Main thing that flat suitated in Uncomfortable surrounding.. outside the flat it's too dirty. You can't able to spend even a second in that 7th floor..
Once you get inside the flat you will take deep breath.. It will happen for everyone.
And you can't find the location of that Building.. it's very difficult to find that location..

Tragedia , adres podany nie istnieje bez dzwonienia nie znajdziesz , budynek jak z slumsów , pokoje bez okien zamiast drzwi sklejki , klimatyzacja na dwa pokoje u nas za zimno , rurą sporo poprowadzona do pomieszczenia obok , jak wyłączyłem to właścicielka kazała włączyć bo obok komuś za ciepło brak pilota . Łazienka połatana taśmą klejącą , ogólnie jakbyś z mieszkania zrobił kilkanaście pseudo pokoji. Nie wiem kto dał pozytywne oceny .Mój drugi najgorszy nocleg w ciągu kilkudziesięciu lat W środku nocy szukałem ale nie znalazłem czegoś innego . Nie polecam nikomu .
