We had a really pleasant stay here. There is a parking spot which was really important for us. The host was very nice and responsive. The apartment is located near a metro station , around 10 min walk, and lots of restaurants and supermarkets near. Definitely recommend this place!
If you are travelling during the summer, its good to know there is no AC, there is a fan. There are big windows anyways and get lots of fresh air.

Kleine Wohnung mit Parkplatz in Simmering. Trotz der etwas größeren Entfernung zum Zentrum ein super Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Wien, da man dank der U3 keine 15min zum Stephansplatz benötigt. Prinzipiell sehr ruhiges Haus! Die Wohnung ist recht klein, für ein paar Tage aber vollkommen ausreichend, wenn man in der Stadt unterwegs ist. Selbstversorgung ist dank der Küche auch gut möglich. Absolut unkomplizierter Check-in und gute Kommunikation!
Etwas Straßenlärm von draußen, da die Fenster nicht sehr schalldicht sind. Die Lage im 3. Stock bedarf etwas Kondition beim Transport des Gepäck, da es keinen Lift gibt.

Švaru ir jauku. Labai geras kiemelis kur galėjome pasistatyti automobilį. Virtuvėlė maža bet puikia visko užteko. Lovos patogios. Jaukus staliukas pusryčiams. Kambarys didelis, jokio garso iš gatvės.
Laiptai. Beveik ketvirtas aukštas tai sunku buvo laipioti.
