Klein aber fein FREE PARKING

房東聯絡迅速，感謝他讓我們提前約1個小時入住。更在每個床位上放了一顆維也納巧克力表示歡迎。在維也納還能有附停車位的小公寓真的很棒。有冰箱、咖啡機、茶包等小廚房器具...真的很棒！

公寓的隔局及車庫真的很小而迷你。幸好，可以將車停在車庫前方。房間沒有空調，只有一台電風扇，遇到熱浪的維也納，晚上真的很熱～加上床舖很軟，所以很難入睡...＞_＜ 另外，淋浴室稍微有點積水，沒有洗衣服的空間。

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is charming, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The location is excellent, situated in a very quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the Simmering metro station. From there, it took us only about 15 minutes by metro to reach Stephansplatz in the heart of the city. A huge bonus for us was the free private parking provided in the garage within the inner courtyard, which gave us complete peace of mind. On top of that, our host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Vienna!

It’s a good, clean place overall, but highlights are probably free and secure parking and location (few minutes to the public transport and probably 15-20min to the city centre). Well suited for a short stay.

Bathroom is small and thus a bit inconvenient.

De badkamer is bizar klein, slecht onderhouden. De douchekop zat los en in maar 1 stand te gebruiken. Afdrogen is eigenlijk niet mogelijk in deze kleine ruimte. Vloer in woongedeelte staat bol en ventilatie is nauwelijks mogelijk
