The apartment is close to the centre. It is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is spacious and it has the neccessary amneties.
The bed was comfortable, not too firm, not too soft.
The host was very responsive.
Easy check in.
I stayed at the apartment for 3 days and there was no internet for 1 day and a half. Considering that I was working, internet was very important. The host replied that it was a defect but no temporary solution was provided.
The kitchen area was not very clean, you could still spot some oil dots from previous use.
The AC was not working properly the first day. You had to leave it working all the time so it could cool the room completely.
During the evening until 11pm, the area outside is a bit noisy but managable.

Everything about this apartment was amazing! Central location in 'Komuna e Parisit', with coffee shops, restaurants, banks, grocery stores. The apartment was super clean, very comfortable, had an incredible in-complex view.
Parking was a bit challenging as the lot was very large and unnumbered. The desk had no power outlet.
