Very nice location- near JBR and still quite busy but away from the madness. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfy. Completely air conditioned too. The host was very responsive. The building is very secure. The pool is nice and has a good view as well. There is a nice gym and the spa was a bonus. The parking space is handy for those with a rental car (like us). The smart TV with Netflix was a nice touch.
While everything was nice, some basics could be improved upon. They only provide 1 bath towel per person even though pool and beach access requires towels. Private beach access isn’t next to the hotel but instead requires travel by tram. We didn’t experience the beach.

I had a fantastic stay. The ambience was pleasant, the apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The balcony view was stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Excellent stay, a true 5-star experience. There was a small issue during the stay, but it was handled very professionally and a satisfactory solution was found.
The apartment is comfortable, very well located, in a highly secure building. The hosts are always attentive, and communication is smooth and efficient.
I highly recommend this place and we will gladly return, most likely in February.

I was nervous because there weren't many reviews, but it turned out to be one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed in. The apartment is new, clean, spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. It's perfect and a stunning view
