    The stay at this hotel was a lesson learnt. The managers of the hotel need a lot of training in customer interactions. Facilities were good. Many items like AC and exhaust fan, did not work. They must install a water heater too.

    Worst staff with high attitude, creating distrubance to check-in, if you book online they will charge you 2x without any reason for the booking

    I booked a deluxe room for my one night stay. The condition of room was really bad, bed sheets and pillows felt dirty and smelly. The bathroom was a mess and really unhygienic. The room had an AC which has no front vents, it only had one big hole out of which air was coming and you can not adjust the direction of air flow.
