    ⭐ Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended for Families My experience at Hotel Samrat was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. Delayed Check-in: We had to wait for around 1.5 hours to get our room. There was no proper response from the staff, and guests were simply left waiting in a crowded area. It seemed that we could get a room only after another guest checked out. Dirty Bedding: The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and unhygienic. Old Room and Wrong Booking: The room provided to us was old and not the room we had originally booked. No Proper Floor Mat: There was no proper floor mat in the room. Unsealed Water Bottle Charges: We were charged for a water bottle at checkout even though the bottle provided to us was already unsealed. Poor Lighting and Damaged Switchboards: The room did not have proper lighting, and some switchboards were damaged. TV Not Working: The TV was not working because its cable was unplugged. Overall: The hotel offers poor service, inadequate maintenance, and an uncomfortable stay. The price does not justify the quality of the rooms and facilities provided. You can find much better hotels in the same area at a similar price, both online and offline. My advice: Please consider other hotels before booking Hotel Samrat, particularly if you are travelling with your family. Very disappointing experience. ⭐ बेहद खराब अनुभव – परिवार के साथ ठहरने के लिए बिल्कुल अनुशंसित नहीं! Hotel Samrat में हमारा अनुभव बेहद निराशाजनक रहा। मैं इस होटल को खासकर परिवार के साथ यात्रा करने वाले लोगों को बिल्कुल भी recommend नहीं करूँगा। 1. चेक-इन में 1.5 घंटे की देरी: हमें कमरा मिलने के लिए लगभग डेढ़ घंटे तक इंतजार करना पड़ा। होटल के कर्मचारियों की ओर से कोई उचित जवाब नहीं मिला। सभी मेहमानों को भीड़भाड़ वाली जगह पर बैठकर इंतजार करना पड़ रहा था। ऐसा लग रहा था कि किसी दूसरे मेहमान के चेक-आउट करने के बाद ही कमरा मिलेगा। 2. गंदी बेडशीट और तकिए के कवर: बेडशीट और तकिए के कवर गंदे थे। साफ-सफाई और स्वच्छता का बिल्कुल ध्यान नहीं रखा गया था। 3. बुकिंग के अनुसार कमरा नहीं मिला: हमें वह कमरा नहीं दिया गया, जिसकी हमने बुकिंग की थी। इसके बजाय एक पुराना और असुविधाजनक कमरा दिया गया। 4. फर्श पर बिछाने के लिए उचित मैट नहीं था: कमरे में फर्श पर बिछाने के लिए उचित मैट तक उपलब्ध नहीं था। 5. खुली हुई पानी की बोतल के पैसे वसूले गए: हमें पानी की एक ऐसी बोतल दी गई थी, जिसकी सील पहले से खुली हुई थी। इसके बावजूद चेक-आउट के समय उस बोतल के पैसे वसूले गए। 6. कमरे में रोशनी की उचित व्यवस्था नहीं थी: कमरे में पर्याप्त रोशनी नहीं थी और कुछ स्विच बोर्ड भी खराब थे, जो सुरक्षा के लिहाज से भी चिंता का विषय है। 7. टीवी काम नहीं कर रहा था: कमरे में टीवी तो था, लेकिन उसकी केबल ही निकली हुई थी। इसलिए टीवी का इस्तेमाल नहीं कर पाए। कुल मिलाकर मेरा अनुभव यह होटल अपनी खराब सर्विस, साफ-सफाई की कमी, पुराने कमरों और खराब सुविधाओं के कारण बिल्कुल भी पैसे वसूल नहीं है। इसी कीमत में आपको इस होटल के आसपास ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन, दोनों जगह इससे बेहतर होटल मिल सकते हैं। मेरी सलाह है कि Hotel Samrat में बुकिंग करने से पहले दूसरे होटलों के विकल्प जरूर देखें। खासकर अगर आप परिवार के साथ यात्रा कर रहे हैं, तो इस होटल को चुनने से बचें। बहुत ही निराशाजनक अनुभव! पैसे और समय दोनों की बर्बादी।
