    The place is located in a wonderful area and probably was amazing when it first was opened. Right now its a shell of what it used to be. Also the staff are so polite and nice but need serious training in how to maintain a property. Cleaning a room, making beds, cleaning bathrooms. Preparing Breakfast Buffets all of them were done with little to no training it seemed. And i felt bad for the staff who were so nice and sweet but it looks really bad when you have to keep highlighting issues with each and everything they do which is not expected from any hotel standards. I would ask the hotel owners to please spend time with their staff, have them trained well and give them to tools to succeed. right now they are just doing things without knowing the right way and its disappointing to see a good place being handled in such a way.
