The style of the rooms. We love the hotels with kitchen styles. We used to do the Marriott because we knew Towne Place and Residence Inn had the kitchen style . But now that we know the Hilton has kitchen style hotels we will definitely be staying at the Home2 again.

The management and staff was excellent
Unfortunately our room was out of shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. The kitchenette was not clean with silverware stuck in the drain
