La casa es muy cómoda aunque ya es necesario remodelar sobre todo la mueblería de la cocina y sus equipos. La limpieza está bien y cambian las toallas que me parece perfecto

Como recomendación nos hubiese gustado que al menos una botella de agua hubiese en el alojamiento para recibirnos. No había de nada ni sal ni un saquito de té, Los cuchillos no cortaban, los cubiertos son de muy mala calidad y escasos. El lavavajillas no funciona bien ya que hay que volver a lavar todo porque no queda limpio el servicio

Great amount of space.Clean and tidy. pool decent size and warm. All basic facilities are met and comfortable clean beds. Cleaner came to change towels and clean which I was unaware of. Very nice lady. Also maintenance man came to clean the pool. Very polite. Great to have air con in both bedrooms. Very quiet gated community. They supplied toilet roll, washing up liquid, sponge, cloth, tea towels and washing tabs for dishwasher.

Oven has no markings on dials so a bit tricky to work out how to cook at first. Some minor decorative/woodwork defects but nothing that spoiled our experience. There were ants but just make sure you wrap up food properly and they disappeared. Not great instructions on collecting the gate key. We turned up in the dark so as you look at the gate go to the left and there is a board with lockboxes on.

Good sized pool. Large tv. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Bathroom towels changed halfway through the week. Small supermarket not too far away and large supermarket about a 20 minute walk away. Residential and gated area. Quiet when we stayed. Washing machine useful.

Tired and could do with updating. Not that easy to find. Quite far out of town’s main drag - 30 minute walk. We didn’t have a car and were fortunate in being able to walk everywhere. 50 minute walk to port. 20 minute walk to Campanario shops and restaurants. Dishwasher tablet kept getting stuck and not dissolving properly. Wrong WiFi name and password provided and wrong safe code given prior to leaving UK but we received quick responses to our emails. Never found the alarm which apparently wasn’t working. Foam appeared in swimming pool (on surface and on bottom) and although a pool attendant came out on the next working day to rectify this we didn’t use pool again. Water (hot and cold) went off but after email to holiday company this was rectified fairly quickly.
