The breakfast wasn't served as the booking information stated, but there were no problems since Michenzani Mall is just across the street. Location is close to Stone Town so it suits whether you are staying for holidays or business.
They provided a wrong Wifi password so I could not access internet. There weren't any place to dry or hang your clothes.
