C’est un auberge de jeunesse.

It was available.
There was no soap in the rooms. We didn't know this. They told us there were no towels and we brought our own, but no mention of no soap. It was too late to go buy some. So we consider this to be not acceptable - not being able to properly wash hands and shower. The place was not so cheap that it would have absolutely nothing - like no soap.
