A lovely bedroom, with a very comfirtable bed. Also ensuite shower room. All very clean and nicely decorated. Kettle and tea and coffee in room with a table and chairs. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and we could have used their kitchen if we'd wanted to cook. But eating places within walking distances, as too was the Bastilica which we wanted to visit. We stayed 2 nights to visit a few of the attractions in the town. Parking available on site. We would stay again if in the area.
My only comment was that the toilet for our room was down some stairs. I was personally concerned because being elderly I was a bit unsure in the night. As it turned out I was OK taking it slowly. However the lovely hostess offered me use of her personal toilet for in the night which was on the same level as our room. I used it the first night, but then felt confident on the stairs to go to our own designated toilet the second night. But I appreciated the offer.

We had an amazing time and this was a really nice house with lots of charm and character. The hosts were so nice and couldn't have been more accommodating. It felt like it was our home as well.
We had the double room on the 3rd floor which also has a toilet and shower on the same floor. They provided a couple of coffee sachets, tea bags and a kettle in the room, which was thoughtful. The hosts were fine with us using the kitchen on the ground floor. There is parking which is off the main road which had enough space for a few cars (including the hosts cars). The 3rd floor double bedroom has a lockable door (not that you need it). The hosts are french and speak a little bit of English, but they are patient don't worry. The location is great as it's only 2 hours from Dieppe, 2 hours from Mont Saint Michel and only a 10 minute walk into the town which is buzzing with regular markets, restaurants, shops and bars. We were allowed to smoke cigarettes outside. Just bare in mind that there are quite a few stairs (4 floors including the basement).
Don't give your money to the big chain hotels, give it to these people!
