Pasture & Pond Views: Lovely Lutz Apartment

We enjoy country living at home so it was a great spot for us. I am also an avid house enthusiast so it was amazing seeing them all around.

It was warm during our stay and we were unable to get the thermostat to a comfortable setting. We are older and were not sure of that particular thermostat’s technology.

This property was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Full size fridge and freezer, Laundry with washer and dryer and detergent provided. Dishwasher in the Kitchen, oven and stove top, Microwave, coffee maker. All with detergent and coffee available. Plates and cutlery provided along with pots and pans. Shampoo, conditioner and Body Wash provided in the Bathroom. Along with towels and linens for the bedrooms. Plenty of storage space for luggage and hanging clothes. Wifi and computer access. Living area with TV with plenty of channels to watch and a good amount of space to sit and relax in. It was in a good location with a Publix Supermarket, Kohls, Burger King, Tavern and other food facilities a 5 minute drive away. Also within easy access to various other Tampa tourist spots and easy access to Tampa International Airport. It is on the 2nd floor with a balcony with table and chairs this didn't bother us at all. Price was reasonable. We enjoyed our stay.
