good location , plenty of secured parking space ( not "parking available at the street", a real parking inside gates ), nice room , nice bathroom, Close to Ortona, Francavilla al Mare and Pescara. Close to Maiella and Grand Sasso.

Very nice and well maintained "villa" building. We had a very good stay. Hosts are very nice, welcoming and helpful.
The inside park is very handy if you are travelling by car. The villa and the beach are separated by a main road and a train track there, so there are no pedestrian crossings or ways to walk to the beach. So keep in mind that you always need to take the car for any movement (shopping, beaches, restaurants..) Also cycling is not an option.
Lovely huge space with tables, couches, nice solarium area with well maintained green grass, sun loungers, etc..).
