Great location, in a residential quiet and green neighbourhood. Free car park was available nearby. Cozy and tastefully decorated loft. Spacious, bright and clean. Comfy beds. Well equipped bathrooms and kitchen. Attention to details. It was nice to meet Mario, the host, who came to greet us in person for the check in and was very responsive. If in need of an accommodation in Pescara...do not hesitate to book!

Appartamento particolarissimo: estremamente pulito, ampio, luminoso e dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione strategica. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile in tutto.
Durante il soggiorno ho avuto problemi con la caldaia per il riscaldamento e l'acqua calda ma l'host fino a tarda serata mi ha assistito per risolvere il problema.
