La Dimora di Maja

Excellent apartment in a great location. Its eastward facing little balcony was particularly welcome, catching as it does a cooling breeze. There is a pretty municipal park in the vicinity, a fantastic pasticceria (Orlando) at the end of the street and a superb fish restaurant (Tritone) around the corner. Pescara is a gem and this apartment the perfect place to stay when visiting.

The flat is very well postioned.

The towels were dirty, we had one and a half piece of toilet paper for 4 persons, pillow were very uncomfortable, hard like rocks. Sometimes it's a bit noisy because of planes that cross above apartament.

All the basic items and appliances present and in working condition. Comfy bed and nice bedsheets.

There’s no air conditioning, so you keep windows open and then there’s the noise: every passing vehicle on the street, jet planes landing and taking off (airport is 5 km away and apartment located directly under their trajectory); also there are neighbours with noisy kid - god bless them; sound insulation between adjacent rooms is quite poor - in the kitchen you hear their WC flushing. There’s lingering smell in the apartment - not terrible, but unpleasant. All the furniture and appliances leave something to be desired - cheap and/or old. Not very clean - surfaces dusty, mirrors have streaks and broken glass under the bed. Towels rough although plentiful.
