Casa Sara

Casa Sara is located in Massa Marittima opposite Parco della Rimembranza. It's on top of the hill, which isna good thing as you're outside of Zona a Traffico Limitato so no headaches there. It's also quite near a great bakery and two large supermarkets COOP and CONAD. There' a dedicated parking space, but one can park on the street, in the shade, also for free. The appartment is on the first floor. It is equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable 6 nights stay. One bedroom with double bed and possibility to ad additional bed and in the opwn space kitchen/living room there's a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed, too. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, aspirator, fridge with freezer, microwave, dish washer, kettle, dishes, pots, pans, utencils... Bathroom is of a decent size with great shower cabin. There is also a washing machine. Both bathroom and living room go out to a huge terrace ideal for enjoyment.

The fact that we weren't informed about construction works outside of our building, that have been lasting for some time, with scafolds erected right in front of our terrace. Luckily it was only for two days, and at the end we found a solution both sides were happy with. No mosquitto nets.

Great apartment in the upper residential area of Massa Maritima. Easy parking, top cleanliness and funny Halloween decorations, Nice bathroom, comfortable beds. Internet connection with Fire TV and live NBA programme. Nice induction cooker.. Freely accessible basketball playground in a nearby school. Great communication with the host in English via WhatsApp Historical city centre just some 1 km walking. Great value for price (been there at the end of October)

The coffee machine took a really long time to make coffee. Old and hardy usable frying pan, and small cooking pot
