About this house rental
The 13th century house is located in the historical center (closed to traffic) of the medieval town of Massa Marittima. Near the sea and surrounded by hills is ideal for both summer and winter. Recently renovated with stone walls, wooden ceilings.
The house has 3 floors. On the ground floor a large kitchen and living room with fireplace.
On the first floor a beautiful master bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a bedroom with a bed of a square and a half. Also on this floor a small courtyard gives access to a cave in which is stored the wood for the fireplace.
The second floor consists of two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony, which is perfect for enjoying the silence.
Remember that you can not get home with the car as it is in the city center, but you can leave the car at about 100 meters for a fee or 200 meters for free.

Fridge and washing machine are very loud. No change of towels and no cleaning over 14 days, used towels from predecessors left in the bathroom. No wood for using the fireside. Very nice location in the old center of Massa. The old house has a unique style. Not many cups and plates in the kitchen available. Good stove and pots for cooking. Furniture of the living room is not comfortable. The host Francesco was very helpful by WhatsApp. All in all, it sounds bad, but our stay was acceptable as can be seen by our 4 stars.

Thank you to Francesco and Victoria! This casa is just a dream in a perfect location. We spend a whole month there and loved every minute. The house is lovingly renovated and is equipped with high standard. Massa Marittima is raped around you and one has easy excess to the beach in Folonica plus site seeing to Siena or San Gigmiano and further are only day trips away. We recommend it everyone who s seeking authentic Tuscany living.
