Host introduced himself and opened the door for us. The hot tub, although we did not use it. Private garden and parking at the front of the property . It was a pleasure to see the pregnant sheep on the meadow at the front of property and lots of wild birds to feed. Having a downstairs bedroom was also a bonus. Good Wi fi .
The advertised welcome gift bottle of wine and bread not there. Four coat hangers between two adults. Was not a real problem as we purchased our own.The ironing board cover needs renewal, ripped and stained/burnt , the iron I cleaned as best I could. Tv in downstairs bedroom no remote so used the lounge remote but did not work because no signal.

This is a very well kept, clean, tidy and well furnished house. There is ample room in the lounge and kitchen. Parking right outside.
1. Could do with some dishwasher tablets and surface cleaning products being supplied. 2. One J-cloth wasn’t really enough for washing up and needed to be multiple used. Needs a brush or scourer sponge. 3. The heating didn’t seem to work in the upstairs bathroom which was chilly! 4. Wi-fi restricted in part so some sites not accessible.
