Kedves,segítőkész tulajdonos. Az apartament elég közel a tengerhez (H2O napozó), felszerelve a legszükségesebb dolgokkal. Blokk alatt ABC, bár, market. (árak kissé magasabbak mint más hasonló boltban).2-3 percre buszmegálló. Ár érték arány megfelelő.
Az apartamentben a kád rosszul szigetelve ,nem lehet zuhanyozni úgy, hogy ne kelljen törölni a vizet. Nem feltétlenül negatívum de leírom A tenger vize eléggé tiszta volt viszont elég hamar mélyül ,kisgyerekes családnak kevésbé ajánlom . Parkolás ingyenes ha találsz helyet abból a párból ami van az utcában. A többi h-p 8-16 között fizetős. Gyalog elég messze vannak a szupermarketek (Lidl, Kaufland ,Mega Image ),látnivalók ,Mamaia központja
