Locație excelentă, foarte aproape de plaja (doar liftul și câțiva metri vă desparte) .. apartament nou.. balcon cu vedere la mare, sigur pentru copii (peste 1m de beton) .. Se poate găti în locație, doar că având în vedere că e nou, se lucrează la unele lucruri cum ar fi hota, care încă nu e conectată la aerisire. Duș fără cadă însă excelent..cu scurgerea apei spre duș nu spre camera (ca în majoritatea cazurilor)..(gel de duș, șampon) existente.. Aer condiționat și TV. Parcare momentan fără condiționare.. gratuit
Neconectarea hotei la aerisire Nefiind conectată, oricine gătea și folosea hota, sub etajul nostru.. direcționa fumul în cameră la noi!
