Decent accommodation for 6. Good size bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms and finished to a reasonable standard. The living area is small with a fairly tight kitchen / dining area and sofa for sitting but was sufficient for our one night stay. We had to park on the street outside the property as we had a roof box on our car and couldn't fit in the garage. Decent location to get into Niort although it is a bit of a walk and we ended up moving our car to a more central location. The team were very helpful when we found we had left our speaker at the property. We liked Niort, the Donjon is a very well maintained local museum with a super view and the market hall and local streets were lovely.

Some aspects were not brilliantly maintained; one of the bathrooms had a loose door handle which came completely loose during our stay, there was some dirty cutlery in the top of the dishwasher. Overall, it is clearly designed for short stays and is pretty minimal in terms of furnishings and comfort. The road it is on does get a bit of traffic.

Close to a very nice bakery and to the train station. Walking distance from Niort centre.

It was very hot and, as 2 of the bedrooms were on the top floor, this made it very hard to sleep. Didn't get below 24 degrees C most nights even with the windows wide open. No breeze. Fans would help, air-conditioning even more.

Le logement est bien situé et calme. Tout est neuf et décoré avec soin. Lit confortable, grande douche....
