Excellent Location and Clean Apartment

We had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean. Location was excellent opposite to Safiya Garden. The apartment was well decorated and comfortable. The host was very helpful and provided us with everything that was required. Would love to stay here again

Awesome

Excellent location near Buhaira Corniche opposite to Safiya Park. My kids used to play in park. Apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. It had the Garden View from All rooms. All Rooms were Master Rooms with attached private bathrooms.

Good with future potential if more attention given

Big Apartment suitable for families, good location. It has everything you would need in an apartment. Value for money.

Need more detailed cleaning. No Apartment parking so you will have to park in public parking which gets full after 9pm leaving you with no where to park. Mosquitoes and flies inside which needs to be taken care of. All of these are simple matters but has a huge impact on your mood during your stay. Also bad communication from the guy that monitor the apartment.

Nice property for family and kids. Everything was smooth. Apartments were cleaned and maintained well above our expected standards. Housekeeping team was very helpful.

The place was nice and clean. bedsheets were well done. Apartments had a decent living space and nicely furnished bedrooms. And excellent location near Buhaira Corniche.

Sharjar Staycation

The apartment was spacious for the whole family, and the location was central to where we needed to be. All of the shops and amenities required were within walking distance, and the adjacent Mosque and Park were amazing in the evenings. I would recommend this apartment, as it was really good for the price in comparison to similar properties we looked at.

There wasn't much information provided by the caretaker on arrival, and we had to find out through trial and error and through contacting the owner directly, who was really helpful. The property address is confusing, as the one provided on Bookings.com was for the adjoining building. We found out from locals that the building is called Al Wazzan and not Mubarak Towers. Strangley, there is no building name on the entrance, but that seems to be common in Sharjar/Dubai.

Recommended for pleasant stay

Rooms had nice garden view of Safiya Park from windows. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Host was welcoming. Care Taker was helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.
