The unit is well conceived oasis, built as many buildings have been rendered in Hispanic communities for centuries. A walled fortress with its back to the surrounding community. Conventional city on the outside, comfort and tranquility within. Pictures nicely portray the tastefully decorated interior. We enjoyed our stay in San Pedro for the annual Copa Coco de Pollo Operation Smile held at Tierra Tropical La Patrona Polo Club.

Home was lovely and appeared as listed. Mostly clean. Tiny sugar ants everywhere...kitchen and bathrooms, even bedrooms. Property needs treated and guest manual should include information about these since they are a common problem in Mexico. Communication with host, Arrival Getaways, was least responsive I've ever experienced in a VRBO. I had asked well in advance if Bottled water dispenser was provided, never heard back so had to assume not and buy our own. Check in info literally came 15 minutes prior to check in time, which made me a little nervous. The link to the "guidebook" had some information but I never was able to find the written directions and parking instructions which were said to be included. It is a nice property once you find it but it is tucked away surrounded by construction and typical Mexico properties and trash. As weary travelers we were pretty frustrated but did eventually find it on our own. During this time I also tried calling the contact # provided and there was no answer. On the second day, I received a standard message checking in on us and inviting us to let them know if we needed anything. I responded letting them know there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker (nor laundry detergent, both of which I've found standard in other rentals in case we needed to wash towels, etc). Never heard back during our entire stay.Glad we didn’t have any more pressing issues. Not sure the host would have been available to take care of it.
