Step off the back porch onto a private beach walkway with a brand-new seating area, and you’re on the sand in seconds. Sleeps 10 across four bedrooms — two oceanfront king suites (one on each side of the home), a queen + twin, and a king + twin. Two full-size couches, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor shower for post-beach rinse-offs.
The back porch is your front-row seat to the Atlantic. The new beach walkway seating area is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine as the sun drops over the dunes.
Pawleys Island is one of the last quiet beach towns on the East Coast — no boardwalk crowds, no strip mall chaos. Wide, uncrowded beaches, world-class golf (True Blue, Caledonia, Pawleys Plntn), fresh seafood, and a pace people drive hours to find. One mile from Ocean Highway, feels like another world.
Perfect for: Families, multi-generational trips, golf groups, girls’ trips, reunion weekends. June–August is Sunday to Sunday. Off-season arrivals are flexible — 3-night minimum available fall through spring.

Had a great time. Porch and deck were awesome. House was older vintage but great. Kitchen was well equipped. Family spaces really comfortable. 8 just a ding on bathrooms that were fine but outdoor foot wash and shower made up for it.
