Step off the back porch onto a private beach walkway with a brand-new seating area, and you’re on the sand in seconds. This is Pawleys Island the way it’s meant to be: unhurried, uncrowded, and right on the water.
Sleeps 10 across four bedrooms — two oceanfront king suites (one on each side of the home), a queen + twin, and a king + twin. Two full-size couches, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor shower for post-beach rinse-offs.
The back porch is your front-row seat to the Atlantic. The new beach walkway seating area is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine as the sun drops over the dunes.
Pawleys Island is one of the last quiet beach towns on the East Coast — no boardwalk crowds, no strip mall chaos. Wide, uncrowded beaches, world-class golf (True Blue, Caledonia, Pawleys Plntn), fresh seafood, and a pace people drive hours to find. One mile from Ocean Highway, feels like another world.
Perfect for: Families, multi-generational trips, golf groups, girls’ trips, reunion weekends. June–August is Sunday to Sunday. Off-season arrivals are flexible — 3-night minimum available fall through spring.

Beautiful, clean, and roomy house. The screened in porch is very comfortable with plenty of chairs. We loved have close access to the beach. Property manager was very friendly and communicative.

We just spent 4 nights there with friends!! It was perfect - right on the beach with easy access down to the water. We loved sitting out on the screened porch overlooking the water. The house is well equipped with everything you need and beds and furniture were very comfortable. You can’t beat the location as it’s just minutes away from restaurants and shopping.The host was great and accessible when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great, classic beach house right on the beach. Litchfield Beach is wonderful. Had a great time and would book again. Our kids would rate it a million stars if they could!
