Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit direkter Lage am Strand und einer Unterführung um vom Hotel direkt unter der Strasse zum Strand zu gehen. Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr schönem und gepflegten Garten.

Italienisches Frühstück mit täglich frischem Obstsalat. Sonderwünsche nach Yoghurt oder Toast sind auf Anfrage erfüllt worden. - PKW-Parkplatz und zwei Liegen mit Sonnenschirm am Strand sind includiert. - Den Strand erreicht man durch eine Fußgängerunterführung (Treppen) und das kleine Strandrestaurant nach etwa 50 m. - Die rießige Terrasse mit Blick über den halben Golf haben wir uns mit der Eigentümerin der alten Villa (bestens und stilvoll renoviert) und einem weiteren Gästepaar geteilt. - Das Grundstück ist parkähnlich groß und gärtnerisch bestens gepflegt.
Die Essenspreise in San Felice im nahegekegenen Hafen (zu Fuß etwa 5 - 7 Minuten) sind sehr hoch bzw. überteuert (pro Person circa 40.- € und mehr). - Bookingcom verwendet trotz mehrfacher Beanstandung durch die Eigentümerin immer noch die falsche Adresse ! Diese lautet nach gemeindlicher Umbenennung der Straße richtig: Via Domenico Maiolati 41, 04071 San Felice Circeo
