Steps from Eden Park, and just minutes to Downtown, this luxurious home has everything you need for a comfortable stay-- whether you're a family with young kids or a group of friends gathering for a night out in the Queen City, you will feel at home in this beautifully renovated, historical 1880s house on a quiet street. Gather around the fire in the backyard, cook dinner in your dream chef's kitchen, or get a workout in while you're away. We've thought of everything, so you won't have to.
First Floor:

Open Dining Space for 6 Guests, plus 2 at the Counter and a fireplace
Sectional Sofa with large smart TV and fireplace

Did we mention the wet bar?! Equipped with a wine fridge, coffee bar, cocktail shaker set, separate sink and water filtration system. BYOBooze, we've got the brews! (Coffee, we mean.)

Up the stairs and to your right, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a King Bed
A Jack n' Jill bathroom with a shower and tub between
Another Private Bedroom with a Queen Bed and desk space, and fireplace

Luxurious ensuite bathroom, with a beautiful and spacious shower, including two shower heads
Basement/Garage:
The garage is not for parking, but you're free to park in the multi-car driveway!
