Very special 2b/2ba beachfront condo with spectacular views and amazing sunsets. Enjoy the view of the Gulf from the largest balcony on the beach. This roomy and comfortable condo WAS FULLY RENOVATED late 2024! Watch the dolphins and wildlife, fish along the shore, search for seashells. Enjoy walking along beautiful Bonita Beach for miles.
The inside of the condo features an open floor plan with a spacious, well appointed living & dining area. Great views and lots of natural light. The fully furnished kitchen is open to the living area, has granite tops, great counter space with bar stools, BRAND NEW appliances, and plenty of utensils for cooking.
Take the elevator down and walk out to enjoy the beach. Plenty of beach equipment included for your use.
Primary Bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet space, great views with access to the balcony, ceiling fan, double sink in the bathroom and glass enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers two twin size beds, large closet, and cable TV. There is a second full bathroom with a walk in shower.
Cable and Wi-Fi are included.
In unit washer/dryer for your convenience.
