• Double bed 140 cm
• Desk for remote work or studying
• Storage space
• Individual lock on the door for added security
Shared common areas:
• Equipped kitchen: hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine
• Dining room next to the kitchen
• Lounge area set up in the basement
• Shower room with toilet on the 1st floor
• Second shower room with toilet on the 3rd floor
• Laundry room with washing machine on the 2nd floor
Guest Access:
Guests have access to their private room as well as all the shared common areas in the house.
Self check-in possible with a connected key box.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located right in the centre of Béziers, just a few minutes’ walk from shops, restaurants, public transport and cultural attractions.

• Béziers train station: 10 min on foot
• Allées Paul Riquet: 5 min on foot
• Beaches (Valras-Plage): 20 min by car
• Béziers–Cap d’Agde Airport: 15 min by car
