emplacement stratégique car près d'un parking payant et des transports bus. Accueil convivial et réactif.
quelques petits travaux à réaliser dans l'appartement, mais qui étaient prévus avant notre arrivée (poignée de porte de chambre, carrelage brisé au sol, tringle de rideau à refixer). Equipement cuisine usagé, dont un faitout inutilisable car "collant". L'appartement était moins lumineux que sur la photo, effectivement la rue est très peu large.
