Welcome to Above The Waves House in Fort Morgan! This stunning 2-story beachfront retreat is designed for relaxation and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Offering breathtaking Gulf views, this home is the perfect escape for families and groups seeking both comfort and coastal charm.
Inside, you’ll find three luxurious primary suites, each featuring a king-size bed and private bath for ultimate privacy and convenience. Two of these suites also include jetted tubs, adding an extra touch of relaxation. The fourth bedroom is equally inviting, offering a queen-size bed and a private bath.
The spacious fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals, while the open living area provides plenty of room to gather and enjoy quality time. Additional conveniences include a full-size washer and dryer, satellite TV, wireless internet access, and central heat & air to ensure a stress-free stay.
Step outside and enjoy the outdoor charcoal grill, perfect for barbecues after a fun day at the beach. Whether you're lounging indoors or soaking up the Gulf breeze, Above The Waves House is the perfect place to create lasting vacation memories.
This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Had a great time at Above the Waves. Property management team was very responsive to questions. Easy access to the beach and extremely short distance from both Tacky Jacks (less than 2 miles) and Sassy Bass (less than 3 miles). Area is quiet and dog friendly. Did not use the pool or tennis courts. House itself was very clean, comfortable and roomy. Enjoyed drinking morning coffee on the two decks. Parking is limited, so be aware. We had three vehicles and that is pretty much the limit. Some renovation work being done to the pool area. Definitely recommend and would return if available.

This unit is very nicely decorated with some thoughtful touches. Plenty of space. We did not had our own vehicle. It was a brisk 15 min walk from the nearest train station, which is not a problem during the day, but we did not feel save to walk in the neighborhood after dusk.

This was the perfect base to move my son into college. Just a short drive to Berkeley and San Francisco, also close to Ikea and many other major shopping.
Neighborhood was cute and clean. The apartment was spotless, and I loved the theme that played throughout. It was very thoughtful and serene, really beautiful.
Beds were comfortable and everything worked really well.

The apartment is pristine and decorated beautifully. I didn't feel as if I could really relax though because there were signs all around to take my shoes off or wash my dishes or take the trash out.
The front yard isn't really advertised well as it is small. Although it does have a lot of beautiful flowers, the neighborhood leaves something to be desired if you would want to sit outside and relax. It was really nice having a spot for my car to park however I was always a bit on edge if it was safe to leave it there with no gate.
If you are wanting a quant little stay then this might meet your expectations just be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs to get to your apartment.
I think my main concern was the neighborhood. It didn't feel very clean or safe.
