Enjoy easy access to everything Austin has to offer from this centrally located studio with a treehouse feel.
The space
The Drop Inn is a spacious studio located in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood. It features a comfy queen bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette, large dinning table, a roomy lounge area, and a beautiful porch nestled under a giant live oak tree.
There is a microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, filtered water, dishes, glassware, and utensils. The stove is not currently in working order.
If you have to work while you're here, you could use the dinning table or try the standing desk. The wifi reaches to the porch, if you want to work outside.
The space is on the second story of a two story building. It is only accessible by two flights of stairs. Please see the photo to assess if this will work for you.
The studio is located above another business. It does operate from 8a-11a on Saturdays. It's unlikely that you will hear much, and you can message us if there is any issue.
We are near Barton Springs, Zilker Park, South Congress and South First. We'd love to give you suggestions for food or fun based on your preferences!

Quick overnight trip to Austin and this was the perfect place! So cute and clean. And the deck in the trees…. LOVE. Will definitely be back!
