A 6 min drive will get you to Downtown or Zilker Park & a splendid 10 min walk to the trendy South Congress neighborhood. Experience Austin like a local from this cute studio cottage with a private yard, free parking, cable TV & full kitchen.

A wonderful place to stay. It was perfect for two people, spacious, comfortable, and very homey. Everything was clean and clearly well taken care of. Communication was clear and seamless throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful guidebook with local recommendations for food, activities, and places to explore. Such a great touch. Would absolutely recommend.

We just love the live music and people in Austin. Our little cottage was perfect for the two of us. We appreciated the cleanliness. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful about the place - clean welcoming & really great location. The bed is not comfortable but if you are not particular about that 5 stars.

Everything about the cottage was perfect, but know this rental requires insurance or a refundable damage deposit. This information is not mentioned until you are in the process of securing the date; it should be openly listed as part of fair and transparent pricing practices.
I have rented beach houses for 15 people that did not require such a steep damage deposit.
I paid the damage deposit and expected to be refunded per VRBO's policy. Of course I did not damage the cottage; I have video and photos to prove it, bc of the strangeness of this damage deposit policy.
The deposit (more than twice the cost of the rental) was not refunded after two weeks. In a world where my paycheck comes in at the same hour every time, this is inexcusable.
