The cosy country house is located in the idyllic village of Rangersdorf, in Carinthia's beloved Mölltal valley, a short distance from the Italian border and in the middle of the impressive Hohe Tauern National Park. A perfect base for those who love nature, peace and quiet as well as active holidays - in every season of the year.

In winter, youwill benefit from excellent snow conditions here. Just 15-20 minutes' drive away is the Mölltal Glacier, where you can ski on no less than 36 km of slopes. Within 20-30 minutes you can also reach several other ski resorts such as Grossglockner/Heiligenblut, Ankogel/Mallnitz, Emberger Alm and the sunny Zettersfeld near Lienz. There is also plenty to do outside skiing, with toboggan runs and cross-country and winter hiking trails through an enchanting winter landscape.

In summer, the region turns into a true outdoor paradise. Discover the rugged beauty of the Alps: vast alpine meadows, imposing glaciers and crystal-clear mountain lakes. There are also countless hiking, cycling and mountain biking routes for all levels. For cooling down on hot days, there are several outdoor pools in the area, or visit the beautiful Tristacher See near Lienz, one of the most beautiful lakes in East Tyrol.
