The studio penthouse has a comfortable king size bed and a double sofa bed, an ideal space for couples, friends or family trips. It has a private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. It also has a beautiful terrace with private pool and high speed wireless internet.
Guest Access:
As our guest you will have access to the entire accommodation as well as all the amenities of the building. Feel yourself at home.
The Neighborhood:
Located just two blocks away from the famous Calle 7, where you will find excellent restaurants, cafes and bars in La Veleta.
Getting Around:
La Veleta is located right next to the city center, you only need to walk a few streets to find restaurants, bars or shops. The beach is only a few kilometers away and it is easy to get around by car, scooter or bike.
Other Things to Note:
In order to keep our prices low, we don't include electric in longterm reservations (28 days or more). For security and compliance with local regulations, a valid photo ID will be required from the primary guest at the time of pre-registration for the property visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
