This beautifully updated condo offers renovated bathrooms and kitchen, making for the perfect vacation vibe. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the private balcony with unobstructed seaside views. Accommodating up to 6 guests with a king bed in the primary suite and a twin over queen bunkbed in the guest bedroom plus sleeper sofa in the living area, this condo offers a perfect getaway for families and friends!
Located directly on the sugar-white shoreline of the Gulf, Beach Manor at TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort is a 14-story beachfront condominium offering sweeping coastal views and immediate access to the beach. Guests enjoy a private Gulf-front pool (heated seasonally November through mid-March) and a convenient boardwalk just steps from the building leading directly to the sand.
Inside the building, Beach Manor features a variety of guest amenities including a fitness center, indoor hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna, covered parking garage, and vending area. Poolside propane grills and an outdoor shower provide added convenience after a day on the beach. Great stay at this condo! It is very clean and almost everything feels/looks new. The master bedroom has a terrific view of the beach. The kitchen is small but this is a plus to me since everything is within short reach. The plates, utensils , pots and pans ,etc are nice. Missing a rolling pin, no biggie. Bathrooms are clean, but toilet is slow to flush. The second bedroom actually has 3 beds- the twin bed over the queen bed plus the twin trundle. The sofa bed, unfortunately, is not comfortable. The rental company is actually Sandestin Resort so you get more freebies. An excellent stay overall !
